You can say that again. Washington certainly is improperly supporting our clean energy industry, just not in the way suggested by this Chinese official. We wouldn’t have to be engaged in disputes over trade policy and import restrictions if we supported our clean energy industry with a federal energy bill that incented U.S. manufacturers and innovators to develop the world’s best and most efficient products. Until we do, we’ll simply slip further behind and resort to stuff like this.
